My journey began at 10 years old when my father first taught me to sew. Fascinated by the morphing of pieces of fabric into wearable art, I continued designing on my own. Creating from scratch, reinventing thrifted clothes, and uploading social media videos showing my creations. I had only ever thought it would be a hobby.

My undergraduate years I spent gaining a Bachelor’s of Science in Analytics and Data Science, a more reasonable path forward I assumed. But my passion could not be contained. I longed for something more outside of the corporate monotony I was investing my life into.

So I decided to change my course.

I gained a Fashion Design degree from the Massachusetts College of Art and Design. I worked full time and went to night school where I met life long connections and had experiences not even little me could have dreamt up.

And I’m just getting started.
